I have been working on getting Pleasantview in order. I've been doing makeovers and making sure all the lots have the needed items. Also making sure all the sims have jobs, and a second aspiration.

Hello Megahood...
I was using a verson of the megahood that had some sims in it, namely "Veronaville" that I am not interested in.....so after some long thinking and some advice from Lucy at N99 I decided do try out a new version of the megahood that I can make myself from http://meetme2theriver.livejournal.com/. I love it. It has taken me two long hard days of simming to get all the sub-hoods in place and all the families where they should be but I am finally done and ready to do makeovers and actually get to play. So check back frequently and see what progress my Pleasantview District has made.
Pleasantview District will consist of: Pleasantview, Desiderata Valley, Belladonna Cover, Strangetown, Bluewater Valley, Riverblossom Hills, Old Pleasantview, and Sunset Shores. They are governed by a board and have one police and one fire department. My seasons will last approximately 40 sim days (subject to change if I see fit). I will play by seasons rather than by months. My sims will age one year during their zodiac season...example, if you are a Leo then you will age in the summer.
